Variety of albums offered by Seattle wedding photographers nowadays is truly amazing, thanks to the technological advances in photo printing over the last couple of decades. Unlike traditional “slip-in” albums, contemporary photo books are highly customizable and therefore designed to be truly unique. Flush mount albums are probably the most popular among today’s brides. These albums come with variety of covers (glass, acrylic, metal, leather, leatherette, silk, photo paper, wood, etc) and normally have thick, unbending pages which are made by mounting photographic prints on cardboard. Photographs in flush mount albums can extend across both pages, especially in books which don’t have a visible (or have very narrow) gutter. Flushmounts also feature impressive variety of paper – plain, photographic, laminated, metallic, textured, etc. Below are few pictures of my current sample albums.
